Wright Tool Promotes Pat Taylor to Vice President of Human Resources and Safety

BARBERTON, OHIO - December 2006- Pat Taylor was recently promoted to vice president of human resources and safety at Wright Tool. She previously served as director of human resources and safety.

Taylor has 43 years of experience, starting her career with Wright Tool. She began working at Wright Tool's manufacturing facility as a mill operator, and was promoted to executive assistant, personnel supervisor and personnel manager.

While in the human resources and safety department, Taylor directed and trained improvement teams to win two Governor Awards from the State of Ohio for teamwork and excellence.

She is the past president of the Barberton Rotary Club and is actively involved with the business development group for the Barberton South Summit Chamber of Commerce and the Barberton Red Cross. Taylor sits on the board of directors for the Salvation Army and the Summit County United Way.

Taylor received her bachelor's of degree in business from the University of Akron, and continued her education through SHRM, ASTD and AQP.

She lives in Copley, Ohio.
